LOCATION: The Speedway is located one mile SOUTH of town on Telegraph Road. Click link above for exact address.

TIME: The Flea Market is open to the public from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking and admission to Flea Market are both FREE. Only paid VENDORS are allowed admittance before 7 a.m.

VENDOR INFO

(please read carefully as we get HUNDREDS of phone calls asking questions clearly answered here):

-Each “SITE” is 20 feet x 20 feet and costs $40.  You may purchase additional adjacent sites.  Interpretation:  If you need 40 feet to fit your car and trailer, you may purchase TWO sites (20 ft X 2) for a total of $80, THREE sites costs $120, etc. Cash or checks are accepted for payment.

-Vendor SITES are first come first serve and are ordered consecutively, we do NOT assign SITES beforehand. If you want get a SITE on the inside the pitt, plan to be at the front of the line.

-If you want to be set up with a SITE adjacent to another vendor, you must come at the same time and line up together. No line jumping.

-Vendors begin lining up about midnight the night before (Saturday). SITE assignments and vendor parking will commence as soon as possible – probably about 1 a.m. There is a race at the Speedway on the night before and we must wait to clear the parking lot before beginning to park Vendors for Flea Market.

-There is NO PARKING on Telegraph Road at any time.

-Please be at your SITE no later than 5 a.m. so you have ample time to set-up.

-You must provide your OWN tables, tarps, canopies, etc.

-You must also provide for your OWN trash removal.  Whatever you bring onto your SITE must not be left behind!

-Vendors cannot sell used clothing.

-Vendors cannot sell food or beverages. Due to our contractual agreement with the Flat Rock Speedway, they retain the right to manage their own concessions.  This is by far the most popular phone call!  NO vendor may sell bottled water, walking tacos, hot dogs, etc. Sorry folks, NO EXCEPTIONS!

-Non-profits or organizations may purchase SITES, but will be considered a vendor just like everyone else and are subject to the same fees and SITE restrictions.

-Only SERVICE ANIMALS allowed on premises including vendors!  Clearly marked animals (service vests, tags, etc.) are much appreciated to avoid any issues.

-Please remember that the Flat Rock Annual Flea Market is a FAMILY FRIENDLY event.  The Flat Rock Historical Society and Flat Rock Speedway reserve the right to ask any vendor who displays inappropriate, dangerous, pornographic, or politically charged material to remove the offending items or leave the premises.

If you have any questions about anything not covered here, please leave a detailed message with your name and a valid phone number so we can return your call at the museum 734.782.5220.
